Cut-through between Norman Way and its lay-by (leading to the Shrub End Road crossing, see #27321). Useful for those cycling to/from The Commons.

Either side of the bollard is rather narrow, and there seems no reason for it to be. The overall width is narrower than that of a car so could do without the bollard.
