As part of the controversial Crouch Street scheme (see bit.ly/hRU4ah) two build-outs have been created with the intention of slowing traffic coming into this one-way street from the busy and relatively fast Maldon Road roundabout.

The build-outs have had no affect as they haven't encroached on the natural line that traffic already took. What they have done is provide an extra space to park, which KV56 DXC is enjoying above.
