The new cycle path between Bilsdale Close and Ipswich Road (see #33430) has a barrier preventing cyclists from joining/leaving it. Should a cyclist want to connect to St Johns Close (where the bollards are, across the road) they must dismount and use the crossing.

Note the ambitious timings on the sign.
